• If you have made a duplicate payment by error.
• If a purchased service is not provided as described due to technical or operational issues attributable to Medilogix.
• Any other valid reason approved by our customer service team after review.

2. Non-Refundable Services

Refunds are not applicable for:

• Services that have already been rendered or utilized.
• Subscription-based services after the usage period has commenced.
• Customized or special request services where resources have already been allocated.

3. Refund Request Process

• Order ID or Transaction ID
• Date of purchase
• Reason for refund request

Once the request is received, our team will review it and respond within 7 business days.

4. Refund Processing Time

If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original method of payment within 10–15 business days. Processing time may vary based on your payment provider’s policies.

5. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel a service request within 24 hours of placing the order, provided that the service has not yet been initiated. Cancellation requests made after service initiation are not eligible for a refund.
